Data upload
Information about exhibitors and targeted visitors will be directly imported to BBCMeet, our matchmaking platform. A web service can be set up to automatically retrieve this information.
Promotion of the service: E-mailing + Phoning campaign
E-mailing and phoning campaigns are carried out by our team to promote the appointment program with exhibitors and targeted visitors. The objective is to select among the visitors, those who correspond to the core target that we will have defined before the operation (project leader, buyer, decision-maker, ...). The phoning will be provided by our teams, internally, with native languages speakers(English, Chinese, ...).
Registrations’ validation
Registrations to the program are accepted or denied according to the participant’s profile. The criteria are set up with the organizer.
Access to the dashboard
Validated participants receive a link to access their dashboard on BBCMeet. They will be able to complete / modify their presentation, define their availabilities, send appointments requests and visualize their meeting schedule.
Meeting requests / proposals
Participants make their meeting requests / proposals using the multicriteria search form. An automatic pre-selection of participants who can meet their needs / products / services will also be available.

The BBCMeet algorithm will take into account all the choices of doubly validated appointments as well as the availabilities of all participants in order to organize optimized meeting schedules.
Sending and validation of meeting schedules
The schedules are sent by e-mail to all participants. They can also check it, updated in real time, directly via their BBCMeet dashboard. Upon receipt of their schedule, participants are called by our team to validate the reception and to make sure that it corresponds to their expectations. Changes may be made until the day before the event.
On-site Business Meeting management
The project manager, assisted by dedicated hostesses, will be present for the duration of the show to welcome business meeting participants and ensure, by checking directly with exhibitors, that meeting schedules are respected, to inform the participants of a possible delay, to reschedule a meeting… We can also organize additional appointments directly on site ...
